Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

Ram went out to collect fruits and grass from the forest one morning, he ended up at a clearing where a doe was peacefully sitting on the grass feeding her little fawn.

Most mesmerized, he watched, hiding behind the bushes, her playing with the baby in motherly indulgence. The beauty and perfection of the moment filled his heart with love and he cried tears of joy looking at the playfulness and love of mother nature embodied in that doe.

Absolutely unaware, while he cried with utmost love in his heart Ram was watched, admiringly by a demoness. She felt so much love and bliss exuding out of his being that she instantly fell in love with him.She desired to experience what he was experiencing. She had not seen such finer traits and emotional capacity ever in her own kinds.

She was a little upset to find out that he had a wife living with him in that forest. Undaunted, she went up to Sita in her magical human form which was less intimidating and ugly.She told Sita that she is actually a demoness but was scared that she may not talk to her if she showed her true form.

Shoorpnakha the demoness, said that she loves her husband Ram, all she wants to experience is his peaceful loving vibe by being close to him and has no intent of stealing him from her.

At first Sita was upset, she shut the door on her, but a moment later she realized her simplicity to admit truly what she desires without any pretense and she thought whatever be her gruesome nature she has the innocence and a genuine intent to break free of her physical form and be more loving and kind as a being.Her heart melted at the simplicity of the demoness and she invited her in for a meal.

Shoorpnakha was overwhelmed after having the simplest and most lovingly prepared meal of her life, she shed tears of joy and pain together, of the unconditional acceptance and love that she received and sadness in her heart that she cannot even reveal her true form because it may scare her host.
Shoorpnakha was leaving and Sita assured her that she will arrange for her husband to meet her and bless her.

Laxman was returning from the forest, he recognised the demoness and panicked, he shot arrows at her to ward her off. Sita tried explaining but Laxman acted on his protective impulse and shot at Shoorpnakha repeatedly. She fled feeling humiliated and rejected after opening her heart of someone so different from her and more so at being attacked even though she meant no harm to anyone.

Crying loudly she flew off towards Lanka; Hanuman was watching this scenario from a distance intercepted her in the sky and told her to forgive Laxman,  hurt at being so badly misunderstood she yelled "I will take revenge and cause so much suffering to these arrogant beings that they will regret hurting me.

Hanuman being a wise being he  knew better than to reason with an emotional woman, he came back and waited for the time when pre-destiny will unfold itself in physical reality. He smiled to himself thinking of such small events that happens one after the other in an exact and well timed manner;
that result into a cascading effect o enable another bigger event to take place, that involves the destiny of many beings together.
